Refund policy

Every PixPal is made to order from your own photos, so we can't accept returns or refunds for a change of mind once we've started making it.

Before we build your PixPal, we send you a preview of your pixel-art on WhatsApp. You can ask for changes until you're happy, and you can cancel for a full refund before you approve the preview.

If your PixPal arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of noticing the problem, with a photo or short video. We'll repair or replace it free of charge, or refund you if we can't.

The Gift Box can be returned unused within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Delivery fees are not refundable.

Cash on Delivery refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 7 working days.
