Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed on pixpal.store, run by PixPal in Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.

Custom orders: each PixPal is made by hand from the photos and text you send us. You confirm you have the right to use those photos, and we only use them to make your order. We delete your photos after your order is delivered unless you ask us to keep them.

Previews: we send a preview of your pixel-art before building. Production starts only after you approve it. Small differences between the preview and the finished screen are normal.

Prices and payment: prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently accept Cash on Delivery within Pakistan.

Delivery times are estimates and can change during busy periods.

Warranty: PixPal is an electronic gadget with a rechargeable battery. Charge it only with a normal USB-C phone charger, keep it away from water and heat, and don't open the case. Damage from misuse isn't covered.

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. Questions? Contact us using the details on our Contact page.
